1. Information We Collect
   Our App is designed with a “privacy-first” approach. We do not collect, store, or upload your personal photos, videos, or contacts to our servers. All processing of your sensitive data happens locally on your device.
   A. Photos and Videos
   To provide features such as duplicate cleaning, video compression, and the Private Vault, the App requires access to your Photo Library.
   How we use it: We analyze photo metadata and visual features locally on your device to identify duplicates, screenshots, or similar photos.
   Storage: Photos moved to the “Private Vault” are encrypted and stored in the App’s local sandbox on your device. We do not have access to these files.
   B. Contacts
   To provide the contact merging and cleaning feature, the App requires access to your Contacts.
   How we use it: We scan your contact list locally to identify duplicate names, numbers, or emails.
   No Upload: Your contact data is never uploaded to any external server.
   C. Face ID / Touch ID
   The App uses Face ID or Touch ID APIs provided by iOS to secure your Private Vault.
   Processing: Authentication is handled entirely by the iOS system. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your biometric data (face or fingerprint data). We only receive a confirmation of successful or failed authentication from the system.
   D. Technical Usage Data
   We may collect non-personal, aggregated technical data (e.g., device model, iOS version, crash reports) through standard Apple diagnostic capabilities to help us improve the App’s stability and performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
   Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, our use of your information is limited to:
   Performing the local functions of the App (cleaning, organizing, compressing).
   Improving the App’s functionality and user experience based on aggregated, anonymous crash data.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
   We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.
   Since your photos, videos, and contacts are processed locally, we technologically cannot share this data with third parties, advertisers, or law enforcement agencies, as we do not possess it.
4. Data Security
   We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
   Local Processing: Minimizes the risk of data breaches during transmission.
   Encryption: Files stored in the Private Vault are protected using encryption and the device’s secure sandbox environment.
   Biometrics: Access to the Private Vault is guarded by your device’s passcode or biometric authentication.
   Please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Children’s Privacy
   Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us, and we will take immediate steps to delete it.

   We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
